This is a short bio form that creates a bio link to an external bio, either to another UCSF site such as UCSF Profiles or to an external website.

Academic Titles

Please use the following format:

  • Academic Title(s) 
  • Name of Division (if applicable)
  • Name of Department
  • Institution (if not USCF)

External Link and Photo Image

  • Copy and paste the bio URL
  • Right click and Save the photo image on that page to your desktop
  • Rename the photo image file so it identifies the person by name
  • If possible resize the image to 144px wide x 192px tall

The link is recommended but optional. If no link is provided, only text will show for the name.
Please use punctuation in titles, eg. M.D., Ph.D.
Please put the Title, Program and Institution on Separate Lines
The image can usually be saved to your desktop from the external website.
